Stryker's Gaming/Racing Security services is primarily team based, individuals constantly support one another in all programs/events/projects beyond the main area of responsibility to ensure successful and secure events.

Stryker Security currently provides security services to Phumelela Gaming and Leisure Limited, a JSE listed, level 2 B-BBEE business, which is licensed to operate horseracing and totalisator betting in seven of South Africa’s nine provinces. The following programs/events/projects identify the main responsibilities of Stryker Security within the race course security scope.

• Security at live and broadcasted racing events and other events as requested.
• We provide a safe facility and venue for race patrons, horsemen, horses, workers, and general public.
• We ensure that people crossing the racing surface are escorted quickly and safely to their destination.
• We ensure that all tellers are safe from public confrontations.
• We ensure that entrances and exits are properly managed.
• We advise appropriate management and/or supervisor of guest complaints promptly.
• Our team is available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• We assist management with training and orientation of new security personnel.
• We protecting the entire facility including buildings and other assets.
• We provide 24hr patrolling property and dealing with accidents, collisions, medicals, disputes, lost persons, fire, theft, crowd control, intoxication, and other related incidents.
